| Restoration of Bhaktapur palace begins |

The renovation of the palace with 55 windows of Bhaktapur, listed as a world heritage site, has begun, RSS said
The renovation works to be carried out in the traditional style at a cost of Rs.16 million has commenced from its inner part, according to chief of the Renovation Steering Committee Devendra Nath Tiwari.
HMG Department of Archaeology and Bhaktapur municipality are jointly undertaking the renovation works of the palace built during the reign of King Bhupendra Malla in around Nepal Sambat 819.
