| 242 species of birds found in Banke |

About 242 species of birds are found in Banke district, which is the largest compared to other districts of the mid-western development region, RSS said.
Though 242 species of birds were traced, the existence of 21 birds has not been ascertained yet, the news agency said. More than 160 birds were found in the northern Chure hills of Banke, the agency said, quoting the district agriculture office.
The agency, however, has not said which office or expert disseminated the information that there are 242 species of birds in the district....NepalNews |
