| 10 women climb Nirekha |

Ten out of 15 women of the First Asian Women's Nirekha expedition scaled the 6159 metrers high Mount Nirekha Monday, Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) said.
The expedition organized by Union of Asian Alpine Associations had three members each from Korea and Mongolia, eight Iranians and Dolma Sherpa from Nepal. Three Koreans and seven Iranians scaled the peak.
The NMA said the joint expedition would promote relations between mountain lovers and mountaineers in Asia.
