| Meghauli Fest In December |

Residents of Meghauli in Chitwan, which environs jungle resorts like Tiger Tops, have decided to organize Meghauli Festival through December 16-18.
According to the organizers the festival is being organized with a view to highlight the assets of the Meghauli VDC something, which the visitors to Tiger Tops have not been able to enjoy since the place, does not fall on the route.
It may be recalled that the sunset view of Meghauli, which abuts on denser part of the park, is more breathtaking than that of Nagakot and hence the festival, which is likely to put Meghauli on, the tourist map of the country.
If the ubiquity of wildlife is any measure of the destination’s asset than Meghauli has the abundance of them, which can be spotted, on riverbanks in playful mood. Only VDC of the district, which has been surrounded by two rivers on three sides, has fallen behind on the tourism front just because there has not been enough investment in infrastructure building. |
